So the time has finally come for me to travel abroad. My Dad keeps marveling at the fact that I’m going to get to Europe before him, and I cannot help but share in his surprise. I am extremely blessed to have this opportunity, and I am beyond excited.
In approximately 3.5 weeks I will be taking an eight hour plane ride to Dublin, Ireland for a nice week long vacation of Irish Pubs, great music, sightseeing and a lot of green. I will, however, not be returning home after my week is up. Instead I will be taking a short flight over to Vienna, Austria where I will be studying for the entire semester.
From August to December I will be living in the Austrian Alps and breathing in the crisp air of mountains. I will be studying theology in a 13th Century Monastery and soaking in the tradition of our Catholic Church in the heart of Europe. It is the perfect place to grow.

So as of now I am excited, anxious and no wheres near ready! I am packing and preparing, but I figured a first post on my travel blog was a good start.
I’ll be posting pictures and stories of my adventures every week. So please follow me along, and enjoy the ride
